How an intro works

You pick a role
Open any role on the board and ask for an intro, with two lines on why. Up to 3 at a time.

A person reads it
We read your request against the role. No software decides who gets introduced.

The team sees a note, not your name
We write about five lines on what you built and when you can start, and send them to the hiring contact with a line on why you asked.

They say yes, then we introduce you
Your name and CV go to that company only after it says it wants to talk. Then we connect you by email.

You take it from there
Interviews and offers are between you and the team. Tell us how it goes, so we stop or keep introducing you.
What we never do
- Send a company a score, a ranking or a list of candidates
- Share your details with recruitment agencies or anyone else
- Pass on your name before the company has said it wants to talk
- Charge you anything, for an intro or a hire
Questions
- Why is it free?
- When a company hires someone we introduced, the company pays us a fee. You never pay. If you are a paying member, your membership pays for the tools and the books, never for intros.
- Who gets into the intro pool?
- People who have shipped work with LLMs or agents and can explain it, who can start within about three months, and who can work where the role is. Before your first intro we have a 15-minute video call. If you are looking for work but not there yet, we can still open the free access, and we tell you what would change it.
- Why do you read applications first?
- So the free access goes to people looking for work, one account each. We read your application and CV before anything opens, and your CV is read for your fit scores only after that.
- I still have a job. Can I apply?
- Yes. Choose "open to the right role". Nothing reaches any company unless you ask about one of its roles.
- Can I stop?
- Pause intros, or leave the pool, at any time from your status page. Leaving deletes your application and your requests at once.
