Privacy Policy
This page describes what we collect, why we collect it, and what controls people have when they use Agent Native. Replace contact details and any jurisdiction-specific language with your final legal copy before public launch.
1. Data we collect
We collect account data such as email address, authentication events, purchase records, access grants, lead-magnet requests, and newsletter subscription state. We also store limited security and abuse prevention metadata, such as hashed IP and user-agent values for signup and delivery events.
2. Why we process it
We use this information to authenticate users, deliver paid and free assets, process purchases, troubleshoot fraud or abuse, and send requested email communications.
3. Marketing email consent
We keep a dedicated subscriber record for marketing communications. When someone subscribes to updates or requests a lead magnet or waitlist from a page that states marketing updates are included, we store the source of consent, the consent version, and the timestamp for that opt-in.
Marketing emails include a recipient-specific unsubscribe link. That link is signed for the intended subscriber so other users cannot invoke a public unsubscribe form against arbitrary addresses.
4. Lead magnets, waitlists, and gated assets
When someone requests a lead magnet or joins a waitlist, we store that event in a dedicated backend table. Lead-magnet files are served through a protected backend download route so the storage bucket does not need to be public. Those requests also create or reactivate a marketing subscriber record because the forms disclose that ongoing updates are part of the exchange.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data we hold about you. You may also opt out of marketing at any time through the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us directly.
