1. Use of the service

By using Agent Native, creating an account, purchasing access, or requesting a gated asset, you agree to use the service lawfully and not interfere with the platform, delivery systems, or other users.

2. Accounts and access

Articles and free tools are open without an account. Some parts of the site require one. You can sign in with a link sent to your email, with Google, or with LinkedIn; all of them open the same account when the email address matches. You are responsible for keeping access to the email account or the Google or LinkedIn account you sign in with. We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, or misuse of paid content.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid books, subscriptions, and artifacts are licensed, not sold. Pricing, renewal timing, cancellation, and billing management are handled through the checkout and billing systems presented at purchase time.

The membership has two plans: monthly at €14.99 a month and yearly at €129 a year. There is no free trial. You pay when you join, and the membership renews automatically at the end of each paid period until you cancel. A membership whose free trial started before October 15, 2026 is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

Cancel anytime from your account. Your membership is not renewed after that, and you keep full access until the end of the month or year you have already paid for. Payments, including unused time, are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

You can switch between the monthly and yearly plans under Manage billing on your account page. A switch takes effect at once, and Stripe shows the amount before you confirm. Moving to yearly charges the year today, less the unused part of your month. Moving to monthly turns the unused part of your year into credit that pays your monthly bills until it runs out.

The Complete Library is no longer sold, and nothing changes for the people who bought it: you keep reading the Library books, including every update we publish to them, and downloading their assets. If that ever has to end, we will email you at least 90 days before access stops.

4. Job board and career tools

Job listings come from employers' public job boards and from submissions, and may change or close without notice; apply on the employer's own site. Fit results are an automated estimate from the CV and preferences you provide, meant to help you decide where to apply. They are not advice and do not guarantee an interview or a job. You are responsible for the accuracy of the CV and details you upload.

5. Skills directory

The skills listed in the directory are third-party software. Each one belongs to its author or publisher and is used under its own license, which we show on its page. We link to the source at the commit we checked, and we show or serve a skill's files only where its license allows it.

Labels, automated checks and review cards describe what we checked at one commit and nothing more. A review card means a person at Agent Native read the files and ran the skill in a sandbox; it is not a guarantee, an audit or a warranty. You decide what to install and run, and you do so at your own risk. Read a skill's files before you give it access to your code, data or credentials.

We do not sell placement, badges or reviews. Publishers who want a listing corrected or removed, or who want to report a problem with a skill, can write to desk@agentnative.dev. We act on security reports first.

6. Email communications

We send service emails that are necessary to operate your account or deliver what you requested, such as login links, purchase receipts, billing notices, lead-magnet delivery emails, waitlist confirmations, and security notices.

If you request a giveaway, join a waitlist, join the newsletter, or use any marketing capture form that says updates are included, you agree that we may send product news, launch notes, and promotional announcements until you unsubscribe.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not disable mandatory service emails related to your account, purchases, security, or billing.

Each marketing email is expected to include an unsubscribe path designed for the intended recipient, rather than a public form that could be abused against other subscribers.

7. Intellectual property

All site content, books, diagrams, downloadable artifacts, and supporting materials remain the property of Agent Native or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not redistribute paid materials, republish gated downloads, or resell access without written permission.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Technical content is educational and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for your own production systems and compliance decisions.
