Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Agent Native accounts, books, giveaways, newsletters, and related services. They are written to be readable, not ornamental. Replace the contact details and jurisdiction language with your final legal copy before public launch.
1. Use of the service
By using Agent Native, creating an account, purchasing access, or requesting a gated asset, you agree to use the service lawfully and not interfere with the platform, delivery systems, or other users.
2. Accounts and access
Some parts of the site require authentication. You are responsible for access to your email inbox, because magic-link authentication depends on it. We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, or misuse of paid content.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Paid books, subscriptions, and artifacts are licensed, not sold. Pricing, renewal timing, cancellation, and billing management are handled through the checkout and billing systems presented at purchase time.
4. Email communications
We send service emails that are necessary to operate your account or deliver what you requested, such as login links, purchase receipts, billing notices, lead-magnet delivery emails, waitlist confirmations, and security notices.
If you request a giveaway, join a waitlist, join the newsletter, or use any marketing capture form that says updates are included, you agree that we may send product news, launch notes, and promotional announcements until you unsubscribe.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not disable mandatory service emails related to your account, purchases, security, or billing.
Each marketing email is expected to include an unsubscribe path designed for the intended recipient, rather than a public form that could be abused against other subscribers.
5. Intellectual property
All site content, books, diagrams, downloadable artifacts, and supporting materials remain the property of Agent Native or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not redistribute paid materials, republish gated downloads, or resell access without written permission.
6. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Technical content is educational and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for your own production systems and compliance decisions.
