Intros terms for candidates
Version 2026-10-19
1. What Intros is
Agent Native Intros is a free service. A person at Agent Native reads your application and, when you ask about a role, introduces you to the team hiring for it.
2. Your free access
A person reads every application. Free access is for people looking for work in AI engineering, one account each, and it starts when we confirm your application; we email you either way.
Once confirmed, you have the Agent Native membership free for 90 days: your fit for every role on the board, the Monday email of roles that fit you, the hiring map, the career hub and every book. The course is not included.
You can extend it once, for another 90 days, while you are still looking. There is no card and nothing renews. One free period per account.
3. What we share, and when
Nothing about you goes to any company until you ask for an intro to a specific role.
When you ask, and we think the role fits, we write a short note about you without your name and send it to that company's hiring contact. Your name, CV and contact details go to that company only after it says it wants to talk.
We never send a company a fit score, a ranking or a list of candidates. We do not share your details with recruitment agencies or anyone else.
4. How we decide
Until we confirm your application, a person reads your CV and nothing else does. Once we confirm it, your CV is read into experience and skills for your fit scores, as for any member.
A person reads every application and every intro request. No software decides whether you join the pool or whom we introduce. The fit scores on the site are for you alone.
You can have 3 intro requests open at a time. Before your first intro we have a 15-minute video call, so the team knows the person they meet is you.
5. It stays free
You never pay for an intro or a hire, member or not. If a company hires someone we introduced, the company pays us a fee. Your membership, if you have one, pays for the site's tools and books, never for intros.
6. Your part
Tell the truth in your application and your CV. Ask only about roles you would take. Tell us when you get an offer, start a job or stop looking, so we stop introducing you.
7. Pausing and leaving
You can pause intros at any time on your career page. You can also leave the pool there: that deletes your application and your intro requests at once.
We keep only the record of an offer or a hire, because we need it to invoice the company and the law requires us to keep invoicing records.
8. How long we keep it
Your pool data is deleted 12 months after your last activity. Your CV stays while you are in the pool, and never longer than 12 months from upload.
9. No promises
We cannot promise an intro, an interview or a job. Companies decide whom they talk to and whom they hire.
10. Changes and contact
If these terms change, we email you before the change applies.
