Engineers who build with agents, and asked to meet your team.
A person reads every application and writes every intro, and checks the candidate's identity before you meet. 12% of first-year base if you hire, nothing if you don't.
How an intro reaches you
- 01
An engineer asks for your role
From your role on our board, or from a request you send us below. Each one picks at most three roles at a time.
- 02
You get a short profile, without the name
About five lines, written by a person: what they built, years, region, why your role, when they can start.
- 03
You answer yes or not now
On a link we send you, where you also accept the terms once. Not now costs nothing.
- 04
On a yes we introduce you
The candidate already said yes to your company, so we send both of you their name, CV and contact by email.
Fewer applications, each one meant for you
They asked for you
Every intro starts with the candidate choosing your role, not with us pushing a list.
A person, not a ranking
No scores, no shortlists from software, no database to search. We read every application and write every note.
Identity checked
A 15-minute video call before the first intro, so the person you interview is the person on the CV.
Pay on hire
12% of first-year base salary, invoiced on the start date. The first 5 teams pay 10% on their first hire. If a hire leaves within 90 days, we find a replacement or credit the fee.
Ask for candidates
Tell us about one role. We share it with the engineers in the pool, and those who want it ask for an intro. You hear from us by email.
Employer terms · Your roles may already be on our board: we list them from your own careers page, free, and correct or remove them on request at desk@agentnative.dev. Looking for work yourself? Intros for candidates.
