Intros terms for employers
Version 2026-10-18
1. The service
We introduce engineers who asked to meet your team. Each introduction starts with a short profile without the candidate's name. You answer "yes, introduce us" or "not now". On a yes we send you the candidate's name and contact details and connect you by email.
A person reads and writes every introduction. We do not send scores or rankings, and we do not give access to a candidate database.
2. The fee
If you, or a company in your group, hire a candidate we introduced, in any role, as an employee or a contractor, within 12 months of the date we sent you their name, you pay 12% of their first-year base salary. For a contract, the fee is 12% of the first twelve months of contract fees.
The first 5 companies to accept these terms pay 10% on their first hire.
There is no fee without a hire, no retainer and no charge for introductions you decline.
3. Invoice and payment
We invoice on the candidate's start date. Payment is due within 30 days. Amounts are before VAT, which is added where it is due.
Tell us within five business days when you make an offer and when the hire starts, with the agreed base salary.
4. Candidates already in your process
There is no fee for a candidate who was already in your hiring process for the same role in the six months before our introduction, if you tell us so, with the date, within five business days of receiving the name.
5. If a hire does not work out
If the hire leaves, or you end the engagement, within 90 days of the start date, for a reason other than redundancy, we introduce candidates for the same role without a new fee, or credit the fee pro rata against your next hire through us. There are no cash refunds.
6. Candidate data
The candidate agreed to be introduced to your company, not to others. Use their details only for this hiring, do not pass them on, and handle them under your own privacy policy.
Never ask a candidate we introduced to pay anything for the introduction or the hire.
7. Liability, law and contact
We check identity and read every application, but you make your own hiring decisions and checks. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the hire concerned.
These terms are between your company and Agent Native, the business named on our invoices. Dutch law applies, and the competent court in the Netherlands decides any dispute. Questions: desk@agentnative.dev.
