Generates a video message where an AI avatar with natural lip-sync speaks your text using Runway Character API and text-to-speech. Videos are saved to /tmp and auto-attached to user messages. Supports avatar customization from preset images, URLs, or text descriptions, with optional cropping for mobile and Telegram formats.
